FindGlass, SIA, registration number 40203514762, legal address: Ilūkstes iela 109 – 30, Riga, Latvia, LV-1082 (hereinafter referred to as FindGlass), provides the content available on the website FindGlass.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and sells goods in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this document, the terms of delivery of goods, the terms of return of goods and other terms and policies published on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Terms). By making a purchase on the Website, the customer confirms that they have read the Terms, understand them and agree to comply with them without restrictions or exceptions.

Intellectual property

All information available on the Website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, sound recordings, videos, their compilation and layout (hereinafter referred to as the Content), is the property of FindGlass or its partners and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any use of the Content in any manner that may infringe the intellectual property rights of FindGlass or its partners is prohibited. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform FindGlass of their decision to withdraw from the purchase of the goods by means of an unequivocal statement. To notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must use the model form available on the Website, here.

The completed form can be sent to the email address: info@findglass.lv or by uploading the completed form on the Website in the Contact section, selecting the topic “Return of goods” or by sending it by post to the address: Ilūkstes iela 109 – 30, Riga, Latvia, LV-1082. Latvia, LV-1082.

After notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must immediately, but in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer informs FindGlass of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods by delivering them to the FindGlass office at Pildas iela 8, Riga, LV-1035, during FindGlass working hours. To agree on another method of returning the goods, please contact FindGlass. The deadline will be met if the goods are sent back before the end of the 14 (fourteen) day period.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been used for purposes other than to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. If FindGlass finds that the goods have been used, damaged, dirty, otherwise exploited or show signs of assembly or use, FindGlass may refuse to accept the goods back. The goods must be in their original packaging, which must not be damaged or soiled.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising from the purchase of goods and/or services from FindGlass, SIA, shall be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Parties may bring the matter before the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

FindGlass will respond to any customer submission in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits specified in the regulatory enactments, informing the customer of the possible manner of fulfilling the claim, the resolution of the dispute or an alternative manner of fulfilling the claim.

Other provisions

The customer agrees that the Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and FindGlass regarding the use of this Website and its content.

FindGlass reserves the right to amend and clarify the Terms at any time by publishing the changes on the Website and indicating the date of the last change. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately upon publication. The Customer agrees that by continuing to purchase goods and/or services from FindGlass, SIA after the changes have been made, they confirm their agreement to all changes. FindGlass reserves the right to cancel or revoke any rights granted in the Terms and Conditions. The Customer must comply with such cancellation or changes from the moment they are made, including the need to discontinue use of the Website in any way, if necessary.
